I drop Z-missions/quests if i haven't managed to complete them i a few day's, coz by that stage there's no one in the outpost to team with. I did grab the Alliance Battle mission on all my characters, now im patiently waiting for a 2x Faction bonus in AB

ive only dropped a few but it was becuase one came up that i felt id do before i got to the other one. i dont pick up any unless i think i can do them rather quickly or need then on a char

I haven't dropped any for being to hard, but I have dropped a couple I didn't have time for in favor of new quests with better reward/time.

I didn't drop Verata, but I should have, since it was a royal pain.

Personally I find most of them are NOT worth even the trouble of doing. Actually the ones in UW/FOW do pay out well though. Others do NOT. As far as the missions one I will do them on my monk ONLY if he needs it in HM, it is the only incentive I got for doing all the same things over and over in this game.

I have given up on a few of them. Just because I didn't feel like doing them or tried once, screwed up, and decided it wasn't worth it to continue trying. Reward=/=Work put into quest

I only really do the combat quests. Missions and bounties I don't even bother taking unless I was going to do them anyway. Well, unless the bounties right outside town or something. I mean, you'd have to be a bit crazy to go kill verata for 35 coins. Go kill him cause you haven't before (and its time to get Villainy out of your quest log), go kill him cause you're doing carto down there, go kill him cause you just want to. Going there just because of a z bounty... no thanks.

I agree that the rewards are often not equal to the effort. I have ended up getting books clogging up inventory that I wasn't intending to work on, but I was going to try anyway. My new policy is probably going to be to get NM dungeon rewards (need to finish them anyway), taken HM dungeon rewards on my main toon if I need them, and take HM missions if I need them for books/title. I was well on my way to finishing them until this came along and ruined my linear progress.

That all being said, I think I actually have enough coins for one large bag, which I have decided is enough. Heavy bags are just too much effort for 5 slots.

I only take the ones I know are worth my time. The Verata bounty was surprisingly difficult, but i managed to vanq two tyrian zones while doing it. I think I dumped the Stygian Lords one because I hate DoA...and maybe one of the UW ones. That's about it.

Most of them I don't take, and about half of the ones I take I end up dropping.

I hate doing missions enough the first time through. Doing them again if I don't need to...yeah.

Bounty:
- I only do those that are balanced between speed and difficulty, or whe it is a dungen I don't have in HM. Molotov was fine but I only did Verata because I was Vanquishing around there. Some bosses should pay way more than 35. They may be not so hard by themselves, but you have to kill a lot of stuff to get to them.

Mission:
- I only do missions either when I don't have them completed in HM, or qhen they are fast or easy, like Factions timed missions or prophecies non-timed missions.

Combat:
I only do the PvP ones when they are in faction areas. You get faction even if you lose.

I generally do stuff I need for books. Which is nearly everything in HM. ^_^ I haven't given up on anything but I have put things off. I had to give up on Borlis Pass b/c it was time to go to work.

I was at the magic beacon part too.
